YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO ORDER Your privacy and security, like our own, is very important to us. All credit card transactions are done using secure SSL technology directly through PayPal. By using Paypal as our credit card processor, we never see your credit card number. We do not keep it on file like other online merchants. We get your order information including your name and address but we never share it with anyone.(see Privacy Policy) 
We also accept purchase orders from research facilities, government institutions, and qualified businesses. RETURNED GOODS POLICY All returns must be authorized by SouthPointe Surgical. A return Authorization number must accompany all returned goods. Items shipped in error will receive full credit, including shipping expenses. Items returned due to customer error or change of mind shall be responsible for all shipping costs and shall incur a 10% to 30% restocking fee depending on product manufacturer. SALES TAX There is no sales tax for shipments outside of FLORIDA. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to FLORIDA where sales taxes are applicable. The amount of sales tax charged is 6% tax rate. Sales tax will be refunded for returned items. USING THE SHOPPING CART When you see an item you'd like to purchase, simply click the "ADD TO CART" button next to the item. That puts the item in your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page, where you'll be able to view the items you've added to your cart. You can also change the quantity of each item you've selected and remove items, if you want. From your cart, you can either check out or continue shopping.
